Our company was founded on the basis of long-term experience in the area of metalworking, particularly in laser cutting and robotic welding. We create details based on the entrusted technical documentation. We supply our clients with a complete painted or galvanized product, or supply an intermediate product necessary for another production process.

Our clients are both international and national companies who expect a high repeatability of goods, prompt reactions to changes and short order processing time from a supplier. Apart from laser cutting and robotic welding, we offer other services such as tube and profile bending on a fully-electric BLM Elect 52 bending machine, sheet metal punching using a Euromac MTXR Flex punching machine, CNC milling and turning by DMG.

ROBOTIC WELDING

Long-term experience and continuous improvement of skills affirmed by operators’ certificates allow us to weld even the most challenging details. We specialize in welding elements with a maximum rotary table size of 2000x1250mm. Thanks to the use of offline programming as well as our own tooling design and production, we are able to deliver the product in the shortest time possible. We share our workstation with a Panasonic robot equipped with Super Active Wire system, which eliminates welding spatter.
